ISO 9001 Training

An ISO 9001 certificate proves that your Quality Management System has been certified against a best practice standard and found compliant. Issued by a third party certification body/registrar, the certificate lets customers know they can trust that you have implemented the necessary internal processes to meet obligations.

The internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard is generic. It is not a product standard, but applicable to any manufacturing or service industry. Created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), its objective is to set international requirements for Quality Management Systems.

Three routes to Certification Option 1 (well suited for individuals) At the end of this program you would be able to develop a manual for your company. Once the manual is prepared, you can request any third party certification bodies to audit your processes and documents and suggest changes Once changes are made, your organization should be awarded the ISO certification

Option 2 (well suited for organizations)

1. At the end of this program you would be able to develop a manual for your company.
2. You send the manual to IACT over email. IACT team reviews the manual and suggest changes
3. After you make corrections, IACT directs you to one of the world’s leading third party certification bodies which audits your processes and documents and then suggests changes
4. Once changes are made, your organization should be awarded the ISO certification
5. Visits by IACT officials are “optional but recommended” and would be charged additionally

Option 3 (best suited for organizations)

1. IACT sends in a questionnaire template seeking information required for developing the manual. Your organization prepares and sends the same to IACT by email / courier
2. IACT official schedules a one day visit to your facility, reviews documents and meets up with key personnel in your organization
3. Based on our visits IACT team prepare the manual for your company which is e-mailed to you
4. The Manual goes through one round of revisions based on your inputs
5. After making corrections, IACT contacts one of the world’s leading Certification body for ISO certification
6. IACT official schedules another one day visit wherein the Certification body personnel audits your processes and documents and suggests changes
7. Once changes are made, your organization should be awarded the ISO certification

Option 1 & 2 – Training (Online and Study Center)
Online training is delivered through the Internet using an interactive voice based program. Each program is divided into modules and each module has a quiz and assignment at the end of it. Candidates can clarify all their doubts by writing to the domain experts who in turn respond to every query within 24 hours.

iACT also delivers training through its study centres. Candidates registered for these programs go through the learning at these study centres supported by training coordinators who are available to them for guidance and training support.

Participants typically complete these programs at a study centre in a short time frame (2 days for most programs) but have access to the learning material over the Internet for a longer period to allow them to revisit the program again before taking the online exam.

Option 3 – Consulting
Consulting arrangement is meant for organizations that wish to outsource the work to professionals rather than developing the manuals and documentation in-house.  Please complete a feedback form for a quotation on the same.
