Q6) What are the formats of the iACT exams?
The exams are timed for 45 minutes to an hour and have between 40 to 60 multiple choice questions. All answers that you give are saved. There is no possibility to change answers later.

Q7) How many marks are required to pass the exam?
A6) Participants require 40 percent marks to pass the exam. In case you do not pass the exam, you do have the provision to take it again.

Q8) How does iACT differentiate between its students?
A7) If you are able to score 80% or more in your exam, you would have qualified with "Distinction". Your hard copy certificate will have the words 'Distinction' as proof of the fact that you have scored distinction marks.

Q9) What is the cost of the training and certification?
A8) The cost of the training and certification varies from country to country. On average our training programs cost around Rs.8,000 to Rs.20,000

Q10) How long till my certificate arrives?
A9) The certificate takes 1 week for delivery. The certificate is sent through courier.

Q11) What payment options are available?
A10) Payments can be made through the following mechanisms:

• Through PayPal on the internet
• Through cheque or Demand Drafts. We provide cheque pickup facility from your home or office
• Drop the cheque in your city of choice

Q12) Is there a possibility of a refund?
A11) There is no provision for a refund. Please contact us if you feel there has been a deficiency of service.

Q13) Can I ask unlimited questions to the experts?
A12) Yes and No. Our experts are busy serving a lot of participants and hence their time is valuable. You can send emails with 2-3 doubts and the same would be answered within one working day. You can send upto 10 emails asking 1-2 doubts on average. Beyond this your fee would increase in case you require greater support. Please note that support is provided through forums and email only for online programs. For study-centre based training, support is provided at local level by the study-centre training coordinator.
