Once full payment has been deposited (including courier charges of INR 150), our team sends the study material via courier.
In case candidate does not pay courier charges, study material would need to be collected from our corporate office.
The study material is sent to candidates within 5-7 working days of receiving full payment.
Once study material is dispatched, a confirmation e-mail with courier details is sent to the candidate.
To track your study material, log onto www.dtdc.in and enter the AWB or consignment number.
International Academy is not responsible in case address provided by the candidate is improper or incomplete. Candidate is requested to make arrangements to ensure that the packet is collected at the given address.
In case study material is returned due to non-delivery, packet would be sent again by courier company.
In case candidate does not receive study material within 7-10 working days of making payment, please contact us at operations@iactglobal.in

Note: If a candidate has opted for a distance course along with online course, books for both courses will be issued only once candidate confirms the name of the distance course.
