Terms & Conditions

• General Requirements
  Course participants must be at least 18 years of age or as per the eligibility criteria mentioned on the course webpage/prospectus.


• Participation / Enrollment confirmation
  After enrolling in the course, the participant is sent an email confirmation by IACT GLOBAL mentioning the details of enrollment in the selected course.
  
  An invoice is provided on request along with the enrollment confirmation, informing the participant of the payment receipt.


• Prices and terms of payment
  All bank charges related to the payment of the course fee shall be borne by the course participant.
  
  In case of non submission of assignments before the last date for the enrolled course, failure in exam or withdrawal from a course, or any other reason, there is no claim to refund of the course fees.


• Changes to course bookings
  In exceptional cases participants’ request for change in the services booked (e.g. the course date) may be accepted by IACT GLOBAL at the discretion of the management. The first change is free of charge. A fee of Rs. 1000 is payable for each additional booking change.

Refund Policy

• I have submitted excess payment by mistake
  Refund Amount: 100%
  The amount in excess to our quotes as confirmed by email will be refunded back 100%, if there is no change in scope of product/services.


• I did not complete my coursework or failed in assessment
  Refund Amount: 0%
  No refund will be given to the clients who are not able to complete the course or clear the assessment due to any reason. However we may provide one more chance to appear for the assessment based on the policy applicable for the course.


• I am not satisfied with the services provided by IACT Global
  Refund Amount: 0%
  IACT tries its best to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the services. In case there is any customer complaint due to service deficiency, IACT staff is trained to solve the issue at the earliest. However there is no provision for refund. In case of complaints, you can write to complaint@iactglobal.in and it will be looked into expeditiously by senior management.

Other Terms

• Refund processing usually takes about 14 days.
• Amount shall be refunded in the name of the person who has made the payment.
• Refunds will be done through cheque or online transfer only. Any money transfer charges or courier cost outside India shall be deducted from the refund amount.
• Under no circumstances will the refund be made in cash.
• We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Cancellation Policy
Under no circumstances the enrollment will be cancelled after the client has paid the course fee.
