Certificate Programs

iACT provides 6 months programs in various domains. The Certificate program is provided in two modes: e-learning and distance learning. For more details on the courses provided under two modes click on the links below:-

iACT programs have been developed by industry practitioners, management consultants and faculty of leading universities and management schools. The training programs are completed in period of few days.

Once the candidate is enrolled with us, study material is sent through courier to the candidate along with it we also provide interactive voice based programs via internet. The study material and online programs are divided into modules and candidates have to complete assignments at the end of each module before they can take the final exam that is conducted online.

Online training

Online training is delivered through the Internet using an interactive voice based program. Each program is divided into modules and each module has a quiz and assignment at the end of it. Candidates can clarify all their doubts by writing to the domain experts who in turn respond to every query within 24 working hours.

Over the years, the online FAQ support for queries has grown to a large library which satisfies most of the queries of candidates. For those queries that are not available in the FAQ, candidates can write to the experts and get replies within 24 working hours.

Study-centre based training

iACT delivers training through its study centres. Candidates registered for these programs go through the learning at these study centres supported by training coordinators who are available to them for guidance and training support.

Candidates typically complete these programs at a study centre in a short time frame (2-5 days for most programs) but have access to the learning material over the Internet for a longer period to allow them to revisit the program again before taking the online exam.

Once the candidates have completed their training, they can take the exam required for certification.

Certification

iACT conducts exams on various skill areas on a regular basis and certifies individuals across the globe. The iACT certification is a definite measure of the candidate’s proficiency in the respective domains and is recognized by recruiters across the globe.

iACT exam for most skill areas has close to 50 questions and takes about one hour to complete. There are no negative marks and all questions are graded equally. To take a look at some sample questions, click here.

At the end of the exam the score is communicated to the candidate and a hard copy certificate is mailed provided the candidate has scored over 40 percent marks. In case the candidate does not pass the exam, there is a provision to take a re-exam. For those candidates who pass the exam, a certificate is couriered within 1 week of completion of the exam. If the candidate is able to score 80% or more in the exam, then a certificate of "Distinction" is provided.

iACT certification is based on the exam of candidates knowledge and skills in the relevant domain. In most domains, the body of knowledge and skills is ever evolving and hence recruiters expect professionals to continuously upgrade their knowledge.

Certification is an independent service of iACT and candidates can take the certification even if they have not taken the training program.
